To speed up the process of cargo transportation between the countries, an electronic system for exchanging permit forms "E-Permit" has been introduced. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan.
The ministry's message says that today special attention is being paid to creating favorable conditions in the field of international freight transportation by road between the two countries, and the widespread introduction of modern digital technologies into this process.
It is noted that the exchange of the first quotas using the "E-Permit" system was carried out, and cargo vehicles passed through the Yallama customs post.
By the way, for the first time this electronic system was introduced between Uzbekistan and Turkey on the initiative of the Ministry of Transport on November 11, 2021.
