India's shipments of engineering products to Russia doubled year-on-year and reached $1.22 billion in the first 11 months of the 2023-2024 fiscal year (started on April 1). This was announced on Tuesday by the Council for Export Promotion of Engineering and Technical Products (EEPC) of India, writes TASS.
In fiscal year 2022-2023, exports of Indian engineering products to Russia amounted to $616.68 million.
India's total exports of engineering products in April-February 2023-2024 reached $98.03 billion compared to $96.84 billion in the same previous period. Indian exports of these goods to the United States have fallen by seven percent year-on-year over the past 11 months, to $15.95 billion.
