Kazakhstan is once again making changes to the rules for the operation of the electronic queue at the CarGoRuqsat border, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic warns. It is expected that these changes will come into force before the end of September 2025. They provide priority for receiving slots for the transportation of certain types of goods, and also provide for the carrier to make a guarantee payment to confirm the use of their reservation.
It is expected that by the beginning of 2026, the electronic queue will be implemented along the entire border of Kazakhstan with other countries.

In addition to the ability to pre-book the date and time of crossing the border, the system also speeds up customs and border procedures, since it is integrated with 18 information systems of state bodies of Kazakhstan.
