The ring railway connecting Rostov-on-Don with Crimea via Donbass and Novorossiya will start operating by the end of 2024. This was announced by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, on the air of the Rossiya-24 TV channel, TASS writes.
"Now a project is being implemented just for four new subjects - the construction of a branch of a new railway that will run from Rostov through Berdyansk to Melitopol, from Melitopol then further to the Crimea. <...> Almost by the end of 2024, the ring road will begin to work.
