In Georgia, restrictions are imposed on the passage of all types of vehicles towards the Upper Lars checkpoint. This is reported by the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Sputnik Armenia writes.
It is noted that from September 18 to October 2, from 06:00 to 09:00, the movement of all types of cars through the Kazbegi CCI will be prohibited
The reason is the restoration work and modernization of the customs checkpoint planned by the Department of Highways. During the remaining hours, travel will be carried out as usual.
It should be recalled that the Upper Lars MAPP road is the only currently operating land route connecting Armenia with Russia (via Georgia).
