In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the movement of heavy trucks along regional highways will be limited in April-May, with the exception of the entrance to the Alykel airport in Norilsk. This is reported by the KGKU "Department of Highways in the Krasnoyarsk Territory".
Thus, spring restrictions for freight transport on regional or inter-municipal roads in 2024 will be in effect from April 22 to May 21. The exception is the Upper Biryusa – Ibrul highway, no restrictions are imposed on it. In addition, the access road to the Alykel airport in Norilsk will be closed for "drying" at another time – from May 22 to June 20.
The maximum permissible load for travel during the restriction period is 6 tons for a single axle, 5 tons for a two-axle trolley and 4 tons for a three-axle trolley.
"Road signs 3.12 "Limitation of the mass per axle of the vehicle" will be installed on all roads in advance. Mobile weight control points will operate to monitor compliance with loads," the Department said in a statement.
