The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the resolution on the specifics of permitting activities, prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development.
Temporary anti-sanctions concessions for importers and manufacturers have been extended until September 1, 2027. Specifically, simplified declaration procedures, a deferment of labeling, the ability to use third-party certificates, and a simplified procedure for importing raw materials and components for Russian companies remain in effect.
At the same time, to improve the economy and protect consumers, the government has limited the use of third-party conformity documents and the labeling of goods after import into the Russian Federation. These concessions no longer apply to "sensitive" products, a list of which will be approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The decision was made following a meeting of the State Commission for Combating Illegal Trafficking of Industrial Products in March 2026.
Furthermore, the transition period for the inclusion of expert auditors in the Unified State Register has been extended.
