The Ministry of Transport has published for public discussion the procedure for maintaining a unified digital register of road cargo carriers. From March 1, 2027, registration in the register will become mandatory for all companies and sole proprietors engaged in the transportation of goods by motor transport, the press center of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation reports.
The registry will be implemented on the Goslog platform, and registration and notification submission will take place through a personal account on the Public Services portal. The system automatically checks the data with other state registers (legal entities, transport, tax) as part of interdepartmental cooperation. To be included in the register, the carrier must meet a number of requirements: have the necessary fleet and qualified personnel, valid insurance and a complete set of permits.
The draft sets strict deadlines: registration of the notification — within one working day; review of paper documents — up to three working days; formation and sending of the statement — in one working day.
Electronic statements will be generated automatically and contain a QR code for authentication. Each record receives a unique number and status ("active" or "archived").
