The Transport Inspectorate reports on the decisions of the Commission for the distribution, issuance of permits and control over their use of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
• the procedure for issuing permits of the 2025 model for the passage of vehicles registered in the Republic of Belarus through the territory of foreign countries in the performance of international road transport of goods from 08.09.2025 has been determined;
• for permits of the Russian Federation that are not to be distributed for 2025, the number of permits issued from 8 September 2025 is determined by the total number of permits of the Russian Federation that are not to be distributed for 2025 (16,000), taking into account the annual quota of 75,000 and the number of distributed permits of 59,000.
