The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces that in order to establish effective interaction with drivers, ensure the prompt exchange of information on road situations, and improve safety, a special interactive platform «Assistance to Carriers and Drivers», and a bot in the Telegram messenger have been launched.
Through this platform, drivers can promptly report problems that arise during their travels, technical malfunctions on the roads, traffic accidents, or other emergency situations, as well as submit inquiries on related matters.
All messages and inquiries received on the platform are reviewed by responsible officials of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in real time. Practical measures are taken in accordance with established procedures, and the applicant is provided with an appropriate response.
It is noted that the implementation of the project will promote transparency, accountability, and operational management in the sector, creating additional conveniences for drivers' safe travel.
