The official channel of JSC NC Kazavtozhol informs about traffic restrictions in six regions of Kazakhstan.
According to the ministry, due to the warming and sharp melting of snow on highways of international and national importance, incidents with meltwater protruding through the roadway in 8 sections with a total length of 3,655 meters in 4 regions (Akmola, Atyrau, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan region) were recorded.
Restrictions on the movement of vehicles have been introduced on 14 highways of national importance in 6 regions (Aktobe, Akmola, Atyrau, Kostanay, Mangystau, North Kazakhstan region) for a length of 626 km, the agency reports.
At the moment, 365 units of equipment and 701 people are involved on the republican roads.
