Starting from May 30, 2026, new requirements for filling out declarations of goods will come into force. The EEC Board, by Decision No. 50 dated 04/28/2026, expanded the lists of information that must be indicated in Appendices No. 2 and No. 3 to the Procedure for filling in the Data Sheet, informs Alta-Soft.
1. The list of goods in Appendix No. 2 has been expanded. Now more detailed information will be required when placed under the main customs procedures (release for domestic consumption, warehouse, processing, etc.) for the following categories:
• Internal combustion engines;
• household appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, sewing machines, microwaves, food processors);
• special equipment (excavators, bulldozers, graders, road rollers);
• Electronics (tablets) and gardening equipment (lawn mowers).
2. Updates in Appendix No. 3. Updated information for goods placed under the waiver procedure in favor of the state.
3. Unification for the EAEU. A single standard of information has been introduced for all EAEU member states in relation to a number of goods, starting with HS code 8408 20 100 0.
Participants in foreign economic activity are advised to familiarize themselves with the expanded list in advance in order to avoid delays in customs clearance from the end of May.
