Alta-Soft reports that Decision No. 9 of the EEC Board dated January 27, 2026, amended Decision No. 171 of the EEC Board dated December 13, 2017, on the form and procedure for completing the application for the release of goods before submitting a declaration.
The procedure for completing column C of the application for the release of goods before the submission of a declaration by the customs authority has been clarified.
This column contains information (marks) regarding the decision made by the customs authority regarding the declared goods, as well as other information (marks) based on the results of customs control.
It has been established that when submitting an application in the form of a paper document, information (marks) under number 4 must include the date (in the dd.mm.yy format) and, separated by the "/" character, the time (in the 24-hour format hh:mm) of the cancellation of the release of goods, with a corresponding entry or mark (in the form of a stamp) "Release of goods canceled" if the customs authority, in accordance with Article 118 of the EAEU Customs Code, decides to cancel the release of goods.
This decision comes into force on April 1, 2026.
