To date, the CarGoRuqsat electronic queue system is used on the border with China, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Russia, the Association of International Road Carriers reports.
The message says that "CarGoRuqsat" allows you to pre-book an electronic queue for crossing the border, which ensures the efficiency and transparency of its passage. CarGoRuqsat is also integrated with 17 information systems of government agencies, due to which carriers receive information in advance about the presence of fines and debts, the need to issue appropriate documents for the movement of goods, etc. The use of "CarGoRuqsat" is provided both through the application and through an Internet browser.
It should be recalled that the electronic queue has been gradually introduced at the Kazakh-Russian border since November 2023 and operates at 7 checkpoints. Since the start of the launch, more than 13 thousand trucks have passed through the electronic queue system at the Kazakh-Russian border. In general, the electronic queue system shows its effectiveness and is positively perceived by carriers.
Taking into account the positive results, it is planned to launch CarGoRuqsat at an additional 14 checkpoints on the Kazakh-Russian border:
· from July 31, 2024 – Akbalshyk, Zhelkuar (Kostanay region), Zhanybek, Orda (West Kazakhstan region);
· from August 15, 2024 – "Amangeldy" (Pavlodar region), "Kyzyl Zhar" (North Kazakhstan region), "Koyanbai", "Baytanat" (Abai region);
· from August 29, 2024 – Sharbakty, Urlutobe (Pavlodar region), Karakoga (North Kazakhstan region);
· from September 9, 2024 – Ayat (Kostanay region), Alimbet (Aktobe region), Shagan (West Kazakhstan region).
The expansion of the electronic queue system to other checkpoints will also cover international transit traffic to third countries.
