Kazakhstan continues to expand its electronic queuing system for trucks to all sections of its border with other countries, Trans.ru reports, citing the country's State Revenue Committee. Starting October 20, 2025, the Karasu border crossing point with Kyrgyzstan will be connected to the system. This will leave only two road crossings between the two countries where advance booking of the border crossing date and time is not possible. However, the electronic queuing system is expected to fully cover this section of the border by the end of the year.
"In order to expand coverage and ensure the full functionality of the electronic queuing system along the entire border with EAEU countries, the Karasu road crossing point (Zhambyl region) will be connected to the system starting October 20, 2025," the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan stated.
Thus, after October 20, only three vehicle crossings on the border with EAEU countries will remain without a functioning electronic queue.
You can register for the electronic queue in the CarGoRuqsat app or on the system's website at this link.
Reserving a border crossing date and time is subject to a fee of one monthly calculation index (MCI), which in 2025 is 3,932 tenge. Carriers also have the option of using the expedited queue, but this service is quite expensive: 100 MCI (or 393,200 tenge).
