During a working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, the Minister for Customs Cooperation of the EEC, Eldar Alisherov, with a group of experts from the Eurasian Economic Commission and authorized bodies of the EAEU countries, visited the upgraded Kyzyl-bel automobile checkpoint on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on March 26, where he got acquainted with its customs infrastructure. This is reported by the Association of International Road Carriers, referring to the information of the press service of the EEC.
As part of the joint monitoring of the implementation of measures to modernize checkpoints on the external border of the Kyrgyz Republic, experts confirmed the completion of the arrangement and logistical equipment of the Kyzyl-Bel APP in accordance with the requirements of the EAEU.
The completed equipping of the checkpoint with modern equipment and a set of technical means of customs control will contribute to the development of transit potential and at the same time ensure an appropriate level of customs control.
