The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 94 "On the Use of Toll Roads" on October 31, 2025. It comes into force today, December 11, 2025.
Thus, the provisions of national legislation regarding travel on toll roads will now be regulated by a single resolution.
It establishes:
• toll rates for vehicles traveling on toll roads in the Republic of Belarus;
• rates for calculating tolls for vehicles traveling on a designated segment of toll roads in the Republic of Belarus;
• increased toll rates for vehicles traveling on toll roads in the Republic of Belarus, as well as a one-time rate.
A list of fuel cards used for toll collection, forms for violations of payment procedures, vehicle detention, etc. have also been established.
As a reminder, tolls on toll roads in the Republic of Belarus must be paid by vehicles with a technically permissible gross vehicle weight of over 3.5 tons, as well as vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tons that are not registered in the EAEU.
