Uzbekistan and China have launched a new cargo transportation route. This is reported by the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan.
It is noted that the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan and the Association of International Road Carriers of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with relevant ministries and departments of the People's Republic of China, have begun the implementation of a new cargo transportation route.
The new trade route establishes a link between Uzbekistan and the city of Qingdao in eastern China, providing prompt, economical and safe cargo transportation, the report says.
The Agency emphasizes that the national carriers of Uzbekistan, using the TIR Carnet, successfully carry out cargo transportation in both directions along this route, passing through Kazakhstan through Khorgos to the city of Qingdao, located on the Yellow Sea coast in China.
At the same time, the official message states that the Ministry of Transport provides practical support to enterprises, including issuing visas for drivers, providing forms of international transportation permits, and promptly resolving issues arising during customs control in foreign countries.
