About 28% of the trucks from the norm were issued by the Lithuanian side over the weekend
The control services of the Myadininkai checkpoint (Kamenny Log) issued only 225 trucks out of 1,500 possible in three days, which was 15% of the norm, the State Border Committee of Belarus reports.
Lithuanian remains the busiest destination. Almost 2,000 cargo vehicles are waiting to enter in front of the functioning Myadininkai (Kamenny Log) and Shalchininkai (Benyakoni) checkpoints.
Before the closure of the Lavorishkes (Kotlovka) and Raigardas (Privalka) border crossings, the number of trucks in front of Lithuanian Myadininkai (Kamenny Log) and Shalchininkai (Benyakoni) did not exceed 1000 trucks.
53% of trucks entered the EU over the weekend through the Latvian Paternieki checkpoint (Grigorovshchina). The Polish side in Kukuryki (Kozlovichi) missed 62% of heavy trucks, the Belarusian department reports.
