The queue in front of the Polish checkpoint Kukuryki (Kozlovichi) has increased by 300 trucks since Monday. Despite the increase in traffic, the neighboring side processed less than 65% of trucks every day, according to the State Customs Committee of Belarus.
According to the ministry, about 1,880 trucks are fixed in front of all Lithuanian checkpoints. The least amount of transport was allowed to Myadininkai (Kamenny Log). Since Monday, his employees have been processing an average of 9% of heavy trucks per day from the norm, i.e. 2 trucks per hour out of 20 possible. The busiest route in the EU passes through Shalchininkai (Benyakoni). More than 920 trucks are expected to enter Lithuania here.
The control services of the Latvian border crossing of Paternieki (Grigorovshchina) have accepted about 50% of cargo transport into their territory since the beginning of the week.
