From February 11, 2026, mandatory navigational support (navigation seals) will be introduced for cargo transportation within the EAEU for: sanctioned goods, alcohol, tobacco, transit clothing/footwear, and electronic equipment, as Trans.ru reminds.
Belarus:
➮ Commencement of transportation and its tracking: 10 base units (or 450 Belarusian rubles in 2026).
➮ Transit transportation: 3 base units (or 135 Belarusian rubles in 2026).
➮ Completion of transportation tracking: 6 base units (or 270 Belarusian rubles in 2026).
Russia:
➮ Commencement of transportation and its tracking: 13,855 rubles (including VAT) / 11,356.56 rubles. (excluding VAT).
➮ Transit shipment: RUB 7,805 (including VAT) / RUB 6,397.54 (excluding VAT).
➮ Completion of shipment tracking: RUB 10,845 (including VAT) / RUB 8,889.34 (excluding VAT).
Kazakhstan:
➮ Start of shipment and its tracking: KZT 41,351
➮ Transit shipment: KZT 28,477
➮ Completion of shipment tracking: KZT 37,874
Kyrgyzstan:
➮ Installation: KGS 15,048
➮ Transit: KGS 3,819
➮ Removal: KGS 11,229
➮ Additional Seal: 7,524 soms
The seal is placed by the dispatcher in the country of departure and removed by the dispatcher in the country of destination; dispatchers in transit countries charge a fee for assistance. The same seal is valid for the entire route within the EAEU.
