On June 4, the State Border Service of Ukraine reported that Polish farmers had restricted the passage of trucks through the Rava-Russian-Grebennoye checkpoint, TASS reports. It was noted that vehicles were not allowed to enter Poland, and they were allowed to leave according to the schedule: 12 vehicles within 12 hours, as well as four trucks with humanitarian aid per hour.
On June 5, it became known that Polish farmers blocked another checkpoint on the border with Ukraine - Medyka - Shegini. This is reported by the newspaper "Strana" with reference to Ukrainian truckers.
"The Medyka-Shegini checkpoint was blocked.
Trucks are not allowed to leave Ukraine at all, they release five trucks per hour to leave Poland," the publication quotes Ukrainian carriers.
According to Ukrainian media, Polish agricultural producers demand to limit or completely ban the import of cheap agricultural products from Ukraine.
