The Russian Government has extended the deadline for pilot projects to label a number of products (Resolution No. 1113 of August 31, 2026). The experiments were originally scheduled to end on August 31, 2026, but have now been extended until February 28, 2027, according to Alta-Soft.
List of categories affected by the extension:
• Automotive components: filters, glass, spark plugs, brake components, wheels.
• Heating appliances: boilers, radiators, and convectors.
• Construction materials: polymer pipes (hoses, fittings) and cable and wire products (including fiber optics).
• Medical devices: blood pressure monitors, glucometers with test strips, rapid tests.
• Household goods: tableware, kitchenware, decor, cleaning supplies.
• Safety: pyrotechnics and fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, alarm systems).
• Alcohol: labeling of low-alcohol beverages (up to 9% ABV) with federal special labels.
