Rosaccreditation has suspended the recognition of documents issued by two Kyrgyz certification bodies, Tantal LLC and Asia Certificate LLC, for 12 months.
Both bodies have committed repeated violations: their certificates were suspended three or more times during the year. Rosaccreditation has previously suspended certificates issued by these bodies, including for toys, children's clothing, and footwear.
"Systematic violations by certification bodies from EAEU countries have become a serious challenge to our common market. We are forced to apply strict measures, as stipulated by the Russian Government Resolution, to stop the practice of issuing false certificates", — said Dmitry Volvach, Head of Rosaccreditation.
Similar measures have previously been applied to four other Kyrgyz certification bodies. Information about the agencies that committed the violations has been sent to the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Kyrgyz Accreditation Center for action.
