The decision was made as part of the fight against counterfeiting and the implementation of the Economic Rehabilitation Plan by 2030, according to Rosaccreditation's press service.
Starting in February 2026, all documents issued by three Kyrgyz certification bodies will be suspended in Russia for 12 months:
➭ Muras Certification Center LLC;
➭ Certification and Testing Center LLC;
➭ Expert-Line LLC.
In 2025 alone, these organizations issued over 15,500 certificates for the Russian market. Rosaccreditation has previously identified violations in their work, suspending certificates for children's toys, clothing, footwear, and ATVs.
«This decision will not affect the price of products that have actually passed the tests. Our goal is to strengthen trust in the EAEU quality assessment system and protect consumers», noted Alexey Khersontsev, State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Dmitry Volvach, Head of Rosaccreditation, emphasized that the new regulations allow us to move from dealing with the consequences to preventing violations. Information about the blocking has already been submitted to the Eurasian Economic Commission for joint monitoring.
