Starting from May 27, 2026, changes in the list of goods allowed for parallel import will come into force in Russia. This is not a complete import ban, but it is about ending the simplified import mechanism without the consent of the copyright holder for a number of items, Alta Soft informs.
• Certain items related to computer equipment and storage devices (including products from brands such as Acer, ASUS, HP, Intel, Samsung, Kingston, SanDisk, and others) are excluded from the list of parallel imports.
• Starting from this date, it will also be prohibited to import Ricoh ink and printing equipment, Biorepair oral hygiene products, Braun electric shavers, Trimble receivers and Spin Master games without the consent of the copyright holder.
• Additionally, products labeled Torneo, Oral‑B, and Amazone are subject to the restriction.
The list of permitted parallel imports includes individual medical A&D products, as well as devices and devices for medicine, surgery, dentistry and veterinary medicine, and test benches.
The changes were made by the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated 09/26/2025 No. 4769. The document was published in November 2025, but a delayed effective date was provided for some of the positions.
