The Ministry of Industry and Trade has extended restrictions on simplified conformity assessment.
The validity period of Ministry of Industry and Trade Order No. 4114 on the List of Products with EAEU TN VED Codes to which the provisions of the Resolution on the Peculiarities of Permitting Activities in the Russian Federation (No. 353) do not apply has been extended until September 1, 2027, reports Alta-Soft.
Standard certification and declaration procedures remain in effect for products on this list.
Main categories of exemptions:
• Children's products: toys (up to 14 years), underwear, footwear, strollers, bicycles, diapers, pacifiers, and children's toothbrushes.
• Automotive products: car seats and seat belts.
• Industry and technology: elevators, tractors, agricultural machinery, metalworking machines, tools (circular saws, grinding wheels).
• Engineering and construction materials: radiators, heating convectors, polyethylene gas pipes.
• Other special products: weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics, fire alarms.
