Starting March 30, a project to expedite customs clearance will be launched at the Kozlovichi, Berestovitsa, and Grigorovshchina checkpoints. According to the State Customs Committee, the initiative is aimed at simplifying interactions between businesses and regulatory authorities.
Foreign trade participants are encouraged to convert their accompanying documents (bills of lading, invoices, specifications, etc.) into electronic format. Documents are submitted through the OAIS using service 3.00.11.
Document requirements:
• A complete set of scanned copies;
• Format: .pdf or .tiff;
• Mandatory use of text recognition (OCR).
The pilot will run until May 31, 2026. This measure is expected to significantly reduce the time required to complete customs operations.
