FSUE «ZashchitaInfoTrans» informs international road transport market participants and vehicle owners of the need to promptly update their data.
System users must complete all new mandatory fields for each registered vehicle in their personal accounts by July 13, 2026.
If the required information is missing from the system after this date, submitting requests to reserve the date and time of entry to checkpoints for such vehicles will become technically impossible. This restriction will take effect automatically on July 14, 2026.
These requirements are being introduced as part of the state policy on digitalization of the transport industry. To avoid logistical disruptions, travel delays, and restrictions when planning export and import operations, we strongly recommend checking the current status of your personal accounts in advance and entering all missing information.
