According to the Minister of Infrastructure's announcement of the electronic toll collection system (e-TOLL) tariffs for 2026, the new tariffs will come into effect on January 1, 2026, and will apply to toll roads for heavy vehicles, including cars, road trains with a gross vehicle weight over 3.5 tons, and buses, BAMAP reports.
Toll road tariffs in Poland will increase by 4% to 6.6% depending on the vehicle category.

The Ministry of Infrastructure also plans another toll road tariff increase on February 1, 2026, and an expansion of toll roads by 645 km.
