From March 1, trucks of the N2, N3 and O4 categories heavier than 10 tons will not be able to drive on Tashkent roads during peak hours, reports Podrobno.uz . The new rule is spelled out in the presidential decree, which approves the state program for the implementation of the strategy "Uzbekistan-2030" for 2024.
So, starting from March 1, in Tashkent, during peak hours, the movement of cargo vehicles of categories N2, N3 and O4 with a permitted maximum weight of more than 10 tons will be prohibited.
It should be noted that this restriction will not apply to cargo vehicles of special services, including utilities, landscaping and the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan.
