Belarusian road carriers have been granted the right to carry out international cargo transportation to/from third countries and irregular passenger transportation on the territory of Kyrgyzstan without permits, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
On February 1, 2024, the protocol on amendments and additions to the agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on international road transport entered into force. The new document provides the possibility of a non-permissive system for international cargo transportation or irregular passenger transportation on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
